Epic (2013) Synopsis :
Epic (2013) - Unfortunately
, there 's actually nothing epic about ... errr ... Epic (2013). Do not be
mistaken . Chris Wedge ( Robots , 2005) is able to present a visual
presentation of the film quality is quite impressive . Very beautiful ,
although not the best presentation that can be given by a film that utilizes 3D
technology in its visual appearance . Wedge also able to arrange the intensity
of a strong story in several parts of the story that makes the Epic (2013) looks so interesting to be
followed by a young audience . However , despite all these advantages , overall
, Epic (2013) was far from being spectacular . In most parts of the
story , the Epic is more impressed as a film that presents a pattern of
storytelling and character ( too ) traditional . Not one . But ... well ...
obviously nothing special .
Written based on a children's story book entitled The
Leaf Men and the Brave Good Bugs by William Joyce , Wedge may intend to make a
presentation to the Epic vas a family film in '90an atmosphere is thick with
the presence of family story is simple yet so warm plus several messages moral
of the environment . Unfortunately ... thanks to Pixar , animated family films
have grown into a presentation that is so mature for several years . Family
animated films are still able to capture the attention of young viewers .
However , at the same time , the animated film is able to present a row of
strong character and story ideas are likely to be more complex - though Cars 2
( 2011) and Brave ( 2012) is far from the impression . The idea of a maturing
family animated films is then absorbed by other production houses like
DreamWorks films in each of their presentations .
Anyway ... Epic (2013)
itself tells about the visit made Mary Katherine ( Amanda Seyfried ) to the
residence of his father, Professor Bomba ( Jason Sudeikis ) , a professor who
has a behavior and way of thinking is quite eccentric . The relationship
between Mary Katherine with his own father can not be claimed as a harmonious
industrial relations . After the father decided to divorce with the mother ,
Professor Bomba then chose to seclude himself in order to find the "
little people " who he believes live in the depths of the forest and makes
communication with the princess to be blocked. Mary Katherine itself clearly

department - James V. Hart , William Joyce , Daniel Shere , Tom J. Astle , Matt

present this film in an impressive capacity . The names such as Amanda Seyfried
, Colin Farrell , Josh Hutcherson and Christoph Waltz attend in the capacity of
which is not bad , but did not able to provide a powerful life for every
character . Pitbull and Steven Tyler to appear even in the appearance of sounds
that tend to be flat . Even so , some of the voice is able to deliver powerful
performances : Beyoncé Knowles sounded very convincing as Queen Tara although
present in the telling of that minimum portion ; duo Chris O'Dowd and Aziz
Ansari are so able to steal the show with their ability to execute the comedy

one of the best parts of the Epic (2013).
To be honest , presentations Epic (2013) story had never been present in the disappointing
